Subject	Power Steering Woes.... Advice?

Message	Ok so.... Past few days or so, power steering has become stiff and 'notchy' at start up and also doesn't want to perfectly return to center when traveling at low speeds. At high speeds, it feels loose, squirmy and like the car will go where it wants (but ultimately doesn't thank you!). I saw DVD's post about troubleshooting, which seems like a TON of stuff to look over. Also, when idling, if I barely move the steering wheel, there is no increase in RPM's (steering assist) like there used to be, does this point to the pump???? Details: New high pressure power steering hose, pressure sensor, ES rack bushings, ES tension rod bushings, silicone return hose, silicone j hose (no system leaks). Is my rack going out?
